专升硕的硕士学历可以加15分么?

Under the Migration Regulations, points are awarded for educational qualifications of a recognised standard. Points are awarded for a Doctorate, Bachelor degree, diploma, trade qualification, qualification or award. In order to claim 15 points, applicants need to have either completed a Bachelor qualification in Australia or the relevant assessing authority has provided an opinion that the overseas qualification is at least comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree.

Case officers may also be presented with claims of a Masters qualification, either attained at a tertiary institution in Australia or outside Australia for the purpose of gaining points. To be eligible for 15 points one of the following is required:

– the relevant assessing authority has provided an opinion that the Masters qualification (Australian or overseas) of itself is at least comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree

– the applicant has completed a combination of an Australian or overseas Bachelor qualification and a Masters degree.

The latter option recognises the value of the combined period of tertiary study. The combination of a Bachelors plus a Masters must equate to 4 or more years tertiary study for 15 points to be awarded.

If neither of these options apply, an applicant with a Masters qualifications will only be able to claim 10 points under 6D73, regardless of the underpinning qualifications you have listed below.
